We are dealing in complete sugar plant project on turnkey basis. The range of our sugar plants are from 100 TCD to 2000 TCD, our sugar projects are based on sugar cane as raw material.
The special features of our projects are :
- The modern sugar plants are extremely efficient and produce sugar of quality like white Sugar. The optimum capacity of such a plant varies from 100 to 2000 TCD (Tons of cane crushing per day).
- Fully automatic plant from sugar cane unloading to sugar bagging house.
- Vacuum pan sugar plants are equipped with boiler and captive power generation Steam Turbine. Steam is generated through Bagasse based boiler, then steam is used to run the turbines and the exhaust steam is used for process requirement. Bagasse being the waste of sugar cane, hence no extra input is required for power generation.
