Sugarcane Crushing Mill
Product Description
We manufacturer superior quality of mill house equipment used for processing sugarcane crushing. We designed comprehensive range of heavy duty mills with cane carrier, leveler, swing knife cutter, fibrizor/ shredder drag type feed rake carrier, inter rake carrier with variable frequency drive VFD/ACFC.
Three rolls of a conventional crushers are arranged in a triangle so that the fiber is squeezed twice between the top roll and the feed roll and the top roll and the discharge roll. The rolls have Cast Iron, grooved shells mounted on steel shafts. Fiber passing between the top and feed roll is carried over a trash plate to the discharge roll. The rolls are pinion driven from the top roll which is driven at a speed of 3 to 6 rpm by gear reduction system. The feed and discharge rolls are fixed, while the top roll is free to move up and down by means of a hydraulic pressure system. Sugarcane is moved between mills by means of intermediate conveyors. They are generally rake or drag-slat type, which carry the fiber to a fixed bagasse chute leading to the next mill.

Cane Carrier
Product Description
This is used to transport cane to the milling tandem, and consists of chains and slats. Its width is normally equal to the mill size. Mill cane-crushing unit having normally consisting of three rollers in a heavy steel housing. Cane first passes between the top and front rollers, then between the top and back rollers, to extract the juice. Cane Crushing unit, preceding the first mill to crush the cane prior to extraction of juice, for the purpose of improving the quantity of juice extracted. Normally consists of two rollers. Shredder has the same purpose as the crusher, but a different principle.

Intermediate Carrier

These transport the milled cane (bagasse) from one mill to the next mill & carried bagasse from the last mill to the fed in boilers, and its excess to storage. Rake carrier chains are manufactured from mild steel with rake transmission through chain & sprockets.. These chains are corrosion resistant and used in corrosive atmosphere. In many cases material of construction of components is high chromium steel alloys and nickel alloys. These chains are manufactured with very close tolerances and all components are machined on CNC machines.
